PSI is a measure of compressive strength, or the ability of the concrete to carry a load and handle compression. Most concrete has a PSI rating of 2500 to 3000. This concrete is generally more affordable than higher strength concrete.
When additives are used in a concrete mixture the final product has increased strength, longevity, control of the setting, and hardening of the final product. Additives can affect the final cost of a cubic yard of concrete but can also increase the quality. Two Guns Ready-Mix offers several additives to meet any project requirement.
